Day 1: Rediscover

Are you ready to rediscover your true nature and liberate your mind? We begin with several exercises to open yourself up to neuroplasticity, new pathways, and novel truths. Through guided inquiry, we uncover your feelings and beliefs surrounding Divinity, consciousness, and reality, which formulate the metaphorical lock to your Awakening.

Day 2: Return

Having discovered your individual lock in Day 1, we enter Day 2 with a guided journey into the recesses of our mind to discover the key already waiting for us there. Just as the hero enters the dark unknown reaches of his psyche to discover the hidden truth, so do you enter the darkness to uncover the light and return to the natural world reborn.

Each day will contain 2 sessions, an AM and a PM. Each session will consist of:

Guided Breathwork, Meditation, and Chanting to create an opening for presence and curiosity
Knowledge Discourse: from Physics to Metaphysics, presented in a way that all may understand
Guided Self-Inquiry
An Integration Phase
